As Public Works Director, Mark Carver, supervises a diverse organization. Some of his responsibilities are: street department--leaf pick up, snow and ice removal, paving, street sweeping, signage, and traffic lights. He is also responsible for the sanitation department which includes trash pick up and recycling. His department also oversees the parks and recreation program--mowing, trimming, trash receptacles and general repairs.
